No tratamos datos personales sensibles.
- Responder a tu mensaje y atender tu solicitud.

This document describes exactly what this website does. It is not legal advice. It is drafted under Mexico's New Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, published in the Official Gazette on 20 March 2025 and in force since 21 March 2025. Before publishing it, it should be reviewed by a legal professional.
1. Who is responsible
- Controller
- Orbitian Labs
- Address
- [ADDRESS PENDING]
- Contact
- [CONTACT EMAIL PENDING]
- Site
- This website (the "Site")
Orbitian Labs is the controller of the personal data collected through the Site, under the terms of the law cited above.
2. What data we process
The Site collects no personal data by itself. There are no forms, no user registration, no client area and no automatic mechanism that asks for your name, email or phone number. You can browse the entire Site without giving any data.
The only storage the Site performs is the following:
-
Language preference. When you press the ES/EN button, the Site saves your choice in
your browser's local storage (an entry called
ol-lang). It exists so you find the page again in the language you picked.
This is not a cookie: it is browser local storage, it is never sent to any server and it cannot identify you. It is deleted when you clear your browsing data.
If you choose to write to us by email or messaging, then we will process the data you voluntarily provide:
- Identification data: first and last name.
- Contact data: email address, phone number or messaging handle.
- Details of the company you represent, where applicable.
- The content of your message and any information you choose to include.
We do not process sensitive personal data. Please do not send us health information, ethnic origin, beliefs, political opinions, sexual preference or financial data through these channels.
3. What we use your data for
The law requires separating necessary from voluntary purposes. These are ours:
Necessary purposes (without them we cannot serve you):
- Replying to your message and handling your request.
- Preparing and sending you a proposal or quote, if you ask for one.
- Following up commercially on the conversation you started.
- Delivering and invoicing the contracted service, if we reach an agreement.
Voluntary purposes (not necessary, and you may refuse):
- Sending you communications about our products, news or content, where you have had a relationship with us.
You may refuse the voluntary purposes at any time by writing to the contact email, without affecting the handling of your request.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
This Site uses no cookies. No first-party, third-party, advertising or analytics cookies. No tracking pixels, no embedded social networks tracking you, no advertising profiling.
For that reason you will see no cookie banner asking for consent: there is nothing to consent to.
The only thing stored is your language preference, described in point 2, kept in the browser's local storage rather than in a cookie.
This will change if we later add analytics, online payments or third-party tools. If that happens, we will update this notice before enabling them and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.
5. Processors and transfers
To operate the Site we rely on providers acting as data processors, meaning they process data on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Hosting provider and content delivery network: serves the Site's files and may log IP addresses in its technical security records, under its own policies.
- Google Fonts: provides the Site's typefaces. Loading them connects your browser to their servers, which involves transmitting your IP address.
We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.
Some of these providers may be located outside Mexico. In such cases the transfer is made solely for the purposes described in this notice and with the corresponding security measures.
6. About our products (Flowvex and others)
This notice covers this Site only. Orbitian Labs also builds and operates its own products, such as Flowvex. Those products are independent applications, with account registration and subscriptions, and they process personal data differently and far more extensively.
If you create a Flowvex account, Flowvex's own privacy notice applies, not this one. You can read it at flowvex.app/privacidad.html.
7. How long we keep data
- Messages that do not lead to a project: kept for the duration of the conversation and up to 12 months afterwards, in case you get back in touch. Then deleted.
- Data of clients with a contracted service: for the commercial relationship and afterwards for the period required by applicable tax and accounting obligations.
- Language preference: remains in your browser until you clear your browsing data.
8. Your data protection rights
As the data subject, you have the right to Access the data we hold about you, to Rectify it if inaccurate, to Cancel it when no longer necessary for the purposes of this notice, and to Object to its processing.
To exercise them, send a request to the contact email in point 1, including:
- Your name and a means for us to communicate the response.
- A document proving your identity, or legal representation if acting for someone else.
- A clear description of the right you wish to exercise and the data involved.
- Any element that helps locate your data.
We will reply within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt of your request. If applicable, we will make it effective within the following 15 business days.
9. How we protect your data
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorised use. These include encryption in transit (HTTPS) and restricted access to information.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect changes in our practices or in legislation. The current version will always be published on this page, with its last-updated date.
If a change affects the purposes of processing, we will ask for your consent again in accordance with applicable law.
11. Competent authority
Under the reform in force, the authority for the protection of personal data held by private parties is Mexico's Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Secretariat). If you believe your data protection right has been infringed, you may apply to it once the rights procedure described in point 8 has been exhausted.
12. Consent
By using this Site and, where applicable, by voluntarily sending us a message, you confirm that you have read and understood this notice and give your consent to the processing of your data under the terms described here.
